Description :
Deep inside a secret labotary of the Team Rocket Base, a mad scientist tried to perform an experiment to combine machines with pokemon to make them stronger, a captured Scizor was forced to undergo a experiment.... The scientist removed its arm and inplanted a drill in its place. In an attempt to escape, the Scizor absorbed too much electricity and became a electric type.
